Wanted to speak to someone at my local branch - 1300 number goes to a call centre, cannot speak to your local branch. Bummer
No idea what the other reviewer was on about - quick service and friendly. You might need to make an appointment for some services, call ahead to check.
Terrible service. I've now pulled all my banking out of NAB due to their lack of service. I must point out it is only this branch.
