I would like to commend NAB Arndale on their people centric customer service. I am not a customer with NAB but my wife is. She attended the branch with a few different things that she needed to do. She was fortunate to be assisted by a young lady named Shakira who gave her absolutely amazing customer service. Shakira not only sorted out my wife’s banking queries quickly, but also explained everything which allayed any concerns that my wife had.
