Worst experience I had ever had manger is so rude all I wanted to do was close my account
They refused to open my daughters first ever bank account, therefore ruining her life banking experience. They said they were too busy, even though there were 3 staff standing around doing nothing at all, and there was plenty of time. We had all documents required but they said to come back and try another time.
Would have given no stars if I could have. went to your branch at around 3.30 28/04/2025. Extremely bad experience! You need to do something in regard to your staff member Helen she is so rude with no customer service skills at all, spoke to us in such a horrible manner !! Terrible experience with branch manager Andrew. Has a superiority complex about being the branch manager. Helen saved the day but will be moving everything to another bank because NAB is not consistent with their protocols and procedures. Been stuck with an issue re our joint account for 2 years and been given all sorts of different information by different branches and call agents and no one seems to really know their shit. But also the interaction with Andrew was the final straw. Almost 20 years with NAB, goodbye.
