Terrible experience with branch manager Andrew. Has a superiority complex about being the branch manager. Helen saved the day but will be moving everything to another bank because NAB is not consistent with their protocols and procedures. Been stuck with an issue re our joint account for 2 years and been given all sorts of different information by different branches and call agents and no one seems to really know their shit. But also the interaction with Andrew was the final straw. Almost 20 years with NAB, goodbye.
Sindy good service always good smile and good work
Sindy was very helpful and friendly, she showed great customer service. Place seems a little understaffed. The other worker there, didn’t catch her name, seemed rude and didn’t show workplace etiquette.
Wonderful experience! Thank you so much to Sindy for the excellent service and for being very accommodating and helpful. Quick service and efficient.
