New store but same old service..
Worst experience I had ever had manger is so rude all I wanted to do was close my account
They refused to open my daughters first ever bank account, therefore ruining her life banking experience. They said they were too busy, even though there were 3 staff standing around doing nothing at all, and there was plenty of time. We had all documents required but they said to come back and try another time.
Would have given no stars if I could have. went to your branch at around 3.30 28/04/2025. Extremely bad experience! You need to do something in regard to your staff member Helen she is so rude with no customer service skills at all, spoke to us in such a horrible manner !! How has she got away with the way she not only speaks to staff but customers wow, I have honestly never had such bad rude and disrespectful service at any business!!!
