Experience of a client, who is a senior, is charged each time he uses his card at the chemist for medication and is charged a surcharge! Very unfair as it is a debit card not credit card. Come on NAB support your clients, especially the seniors. REF NO. COM - 1107194
Absolutely disgraceful service One staff at counter 4people waiting to be assisted No acknowledgment of the customers waiting Open from 9.30 to 12.30 Normal wait time standing in NAB bank 30 minutes Being a remote destination And the only nab branch for 478 kilometres you think NAB Would want to look after customers and not start working on closing down or reducing services for the thousands of people who travel off farming properties 200kilometers away to be assisted in the bank because they do not have internet access And ... read more
