First time buying a vape and bought their newest/most expensive vape. The young lady who helped me initially was very helpful and patient. However, oil from the tank leaked into the device, causing it to cease working. When I went to try and get a replacement/refund, I was never given that option and told I was "out $200." I understand return/exchange policies, but every company has to and should break those rules when necessary to keep guests happy. Great place, Awesome staff! If you like cars they also do a wonderful job hosting car meet-ups.

Was at a great bar, krossroads, next door and decided to walk over, was supprised they where open late at 940. Met a few really inviting staff, and the place was shockingly elegant inside. Had a huge inviting couch, two large Tvs and a ps3 all to lounge and use. I'm not a vapes but my husband is and I enjoyed speaking to the staff about vaping and they helped me understand the quality and how it is better r then smoking, I'm not as skeptical as I once was.
