Eight months ago, I decided to buy a new Santa Cruz Vala through N+1 in Kentucky. Even though I’m not local, the shop made the process effortless and had the bike prepped and ready to ship right away. I have bought a bike and several parts from them so far. I'm in DFW and the shipping is fast, communication with Zach via text is easy and fast. Plus great prices. I'm already looking forward to my next bike build with them. Plus I love the Bear logo!
You would be hard pressed to find better bicycle deals anywhere. I wish they were local and I could visit in person, but they are on top of their online store too. Well done.
Ordered a bike seat online. Post office lost the order. The crew at N+1 was very helpful and responsive in getting a replacement saddle sent to me. My new seat arrived quickly and is working out great.
Shaun & the team at N+1 are the best. Highly recommended. Myself and the group we ride with have bought 4 Ibis bike and 2 Pivot Bikes from them and wouldn't consider another shop even though we are in NC
