Awesome customer service, wanted to upgrade a few parts on my new bike, went to buy it , everything was done, right. Will buy my next bike there.
I can't say enough about how N+1 has been FANTASTIC to work with. Two bikes, components and now a wheel set. Highly recommend them.
We drove out of state to purchase a bike for my husband from this shop. Their customer service is over the top exceptional. We have many bike shops where we live...but none that can compare. Gerid was so thorough and attentive from start to finish. The owner of the bike shop came out multiple times to check on things and thank us for our purchase. It was definitely worth the two and a half hour drive, and we will do it again. We can not say enough positive things about N+1. Thank you so much for a positive experience.
Initially, they're a very responsive organization when you're trying to buy something. Everything is fast and plus tax-free for shoppers in specific state so I won't complain about that. Post-sale support like within a month they got you covered I guess. However, if you have any more questions past that month period, they seem to just ghost you :shrug:. Kind of disappointed in that even after buying 2 bikes from them.
