I ordered a 180mm Fox 38 but initially received the wrong travel. The team quickly resolved the issue and shipped me the correct travel fork within a week (that's the good part). The bad part was that they simply modified a 170mm fork to 180mm. This wouldn’t have been a big deal—until I realized they had used the incorrect fluid when swapping out the air spring.
