Absolutely, hands down the best bike experience in the country. Sean, Zach and John were honest, friendly and professional and helped me buy a third party e-bike across the country. Ran the diagnostics, checked the bike thoroughly and had it at my door in 48 hours. Commencal doesn’t pack as good as they had packed the bike. Caliper insert, hub covers and maybe even 100 yds of wrapping. They own all my future business.
Purchased a brand new Di2 XT upgrade kit. There was an issue with the derailleur (no fault of N+1). Zack and Todd immediately got me out the shipping label for the return and the replacement. Great communication and perfect service. THANKS!!
I'm new to Louisville and just started hitting this shop for service on my Santa Cruz and I'm telling you that bike has not been as tight and dialed-in since I first bought it! They are bike experts and very helpful. I rolled in there at closing time the other day and they stayed open to help me with a quick fix that allowed me to get a ride in on the best weather weekend in Louisville in months. 5 stars for sure!
Very good customer service experience ordering online from their website - The shipment was unfortunately stolen en route (UPS' fault entirely) but Zack & Phil & the whole team were extremely responsive and helpful, and took care of making a claim with UPS and were able to resolve it. So the experience started out badly but they were fantastic and everything ended up well. They are definitely on my list to buy from again when I need MTB parts. Thank you!
