I called N-Pieces desperate for help in putting my son’s furniture together in the middle of his college semester year. I so appreciated my call being answered immediately. I also greatly appreciated the promptness in setting up a time after my son ordered all his furniture. All I had to do was send Bruce the links, he gave me a quote, and set up a time. I googled bike repair in New Kent and Mr Bruce popped up next to DG and across the street from MN jewelry. So I made an appointment to fine tune two e-bikes. Best prices in ALL of Williamsburg. He went over everything and used owners manual to know all specifications. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Mr Bruce. Plus he has a beautiful wife and granddaughter.
