My company has a bucket truck that was assembled by C.O.T.S. KC in 2018. This week, the entire tool bed stopped working - no outriggers, no boom... nothing. I sent an email which was quickly responded to. By the end of the day, I received a phone call by a technician who knew exactly how to fix it. A simple fix - ten minutes later we were up and running again. Their quick response and their interest in helping us really impressed me.
Management sucks. The employees are cool tho.
