Great employees and great service.
Apart from the good rates, this credit union's service is poor. It is hard to reach employee's who can help and their practices are questionable. A dealership and I engaged them to pay off an existing loan and they reported me for a delinquent account despite the incoming check to pay the loan off in full. When I called they said they could not assist with the credit report ding they had issued. Terrible. Terrible rates. Just no.
Over the years their customers service and services definitely went down. No one can answer questions, they just keep transferring you from department to department. It's harder to get your money out. Just really disappointed with their service and services available. What a shame.
