Very nice people, very helpful ..
Great employees and great service.
Apart from the good rates, this credit union's service is poor. It is hard to reach employee's who can help and their practices are questionable. A dealership and I engaged them to pay off an existing loan and they reported me for a delinquent account despite the incoming check to pay the loan off in full. When I called they said they could not assist with the credit report ding they had issued. The dealership said it was the first instance they had heard of a bank/CU requesting a monthly payment with a check covering the fu... read more
