Great Selection We hate going to furniture stores because the salespeople hover over you and don't let you browse on your own, but at NB Liebman we were allowed to browse for as long as we wanted and our salesperson would check back with us from time to time to see if we had any questions. What a pleasant suprise! We found just what we wer looking for without the "annoyance" of furniture shopping!
Fabulous selection We were amazed by the great selection in the showroom. Really a wide range of companies and prices to choose from. Our salesman was first rate and never pushy. Delivery was as promised. Delivery guys were very helpful. Will certainly return here to shop.
Customer DIS-service Nice people, but they don't stand behind their product. I bought a Lane recliner with custome fabric. After we recieved the chair, the recliner would not stay reclined. A service person came out and said we had to sit in it a certain way for it to work! THE CHAIR IS DEFECTIVE! Their solution was that I could pay a $250 restocking fee and then buy another chair!
