BEWARE – DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I have been storing my belongings with MyWay since 2010 and paid storage fees automatically every month for over a decade (about $10,000 total). I never needed access until recently. When I requested weekend appointments on three separate occasions, my unit was never brought out as promised. Hello Everyone, I have heard back from My Way and they provided me the info I needed to locate my vehicle are they are actively working to help me recover it due to the unjustified towing I experienced at their facility, However, now the tow yard has sent off for a title to my vehicle which should never have been towed in the first place and I can’t get ahold of Ms. Tammy which is who I was paying my money to for storage, this is unbelievable to entrust the safety of my vehicle to a company and to have it literally stolen wh... read more

Over $1000 worth of stuff was stolen out of my unit. The unit that was delivered to me was not the unit I originally purchased. The lock was not on the unit when it was delivered to me which probably caused my things to be stolen in the first place . I have had to file a report with the Hazelwood police department & the BBB due to the lack of sympathy. All of my kids shoes were stolen and caused us to start all over. I'd be very curious after all of these reviews if it's under new management. I canceled my storage contract in mid November (receipt and all) and not only am I still being billed, I keep getting the run around about the delivery of my units...
