My Way Storage is great to work with. This is the second time I have used them for my home moves. The pods are convenient and give you the extra time needed to get everything in order for your move. Donnie the gentleman that delivered the pods was friendly and communicated through the whole delivery/pickup process. I also had a slight issue with one pod and he came right out to rectify the situation. Great customer service! I would definitely recommend them for your moving/storage needs.

Donnie was absolutely wonderful!! He arrived exactly when he said he would and helped find a spot for the containers to be sure I would still be able to get my car in and out of the garage! He was so kind to my energetic labradoodle and my machinery loving son! And not only all the above, but he did all of this in the pouring rain! The booking process was simple and communication was top notch. He was so incredibly pleasant and kind! I would absolutely recommend MyWay and Donnie to anyone!!!

Getting a quote and scheduling service was very seamless and easy. The customer service contract was so quick to respond. Delivery driver called me the day before to discuss delivery times and location. He texted me his eta 30 minutes ahead of time and was right on time. Very courteous, very efficient and so easy to work with. Highly recommend!
