Katlyn Dotson assisted me in getting my debit card a new one. I had to call the fraud department because there was a charge from London England on my debit card that I did not recognize. Well, they took care of that and said that they would send me a new debit card well being almost 2 1/2 weeks I had to go to the SPRINGFIELD upper Valley Pike location and make a withdrawal.
