Katlyn Dotson assisted me in getting my debit card a new one. I had to call the fraud department because there was a charge from London England on my debit card that I did not recognize. Well, they took care of that and said that they would send me a new debit card well being almost 2 1/2 weeks I had to go to the SPRINGFIELD upper Valley Pike location and make a withdrawal. Holly has been so attentive to our needs! The staff is so friendly and ready to help even when they’re close to closing time. We drive 1.5 hours to go to this branch and work with Holly.
