Polite, friendly, fast service. Very clear communication about the product and expectations.
I bought a $25 screen protector from this store, and after applying it, my fingerprint sensor stopped working. When I went back, the staff member told me to use PIN or face recognition instead. He even mentioned this issue happens sometimes ... but didn’t warn me before the purchase. For the price, I expected at least some transparency. No alternative or refound was offered. Really disappointing experience.
