When my business was new and cash was tight, this guy asked me for a deposit and he was never seen again. He missed two appointments that he set at his facility and did not show. He kept asking for the same documents over and over and I asked if he lost my file and he replied he didn't know. After that all communications regarding requesting my deposit returned were ignored. My experience with My Tax Guru, LLC was disappointing. In August 2020, I engaged My Tax Guru, LLC to prepare my personal 1040 federal tax return for 2019. Before I released the document for filing, as is my practice, I performed a final check to make sure that the “i”s were dotted and the “t”s were crossed. I was shocked to find that at least four pages were entirely missing. Specifically, at least Page 1 of Form 8949, Page 1 of Schedule E, Page 2 of Form 1116 and Page 2 of Form 4797 were all missing.
