Don't get into my tax filer . These are in experienced people they don't know what they are doing? my tax returns are not filed properly twice first time i let them go but second time i had to reach the same because they only know how they screwed it up . I will never recommend them to any one.

I am very unhappy with the services. They considered "Excess Social security and tier 1 RRTA tax withheld", which is not supposed to be considered. They sent me the draft and final copies with these mistake. It is not a small amount. Due diligence is missing, putting blame on the software. Please check your tax returns, one should not get trouble from IRS because of their mistake.

Do not recommend! I wish we filled with someone we knew., we have been literally chasing these people to help us , but absolutely no response from them ... they don’t provide tracking details or correct contact to check with for refunds.,
Do not recommend, we were charged well in advance before the job was done , they don’t even reply to your queries even after mailing them, we are really disappointed., tried so much to get in touch ., we filed in March 2020, still no response., do not waste yur time filling with them
