Needs to learn how to park. Parked in a spot that is NOT a parking spot blocking the handicap accessable space and the ramp to get to the sidewalk. Response to your comment-i never said the driver wasn't handicapped. They parked in the blue lined area that is not a parking spot that is used to go up and down the handicapped ramp to the sidewalk. We had Danielle as our face painter for our daughters birthday party. She was great with all the kids and very patient. She started as soon as she sat down and didn’t get up until the last kid was finished. I think we had like 14 unicorns and they were all a little different. Highly recommend and was well worth it!
