I just wanted to mention Vanessa at Glenorchy branch. I arrived at 9am and was seen promptly. I was scammed of all my money on new year's day. Vanessa was caring, friendly and very professional in my circumstances. Vanessa made everything she could easy for me. Great customer service Vanessa
