The easiest and friendliest bank ive ever used, the staff are great and I get unlimited transactions with zero fees. The mobile phone app works fantastic and allows me the financial freedom I require which makes life so much easier
Absolutely pathetic customer service, interest rates increase monthly with no notice (my payments have increased 20% in the last quarter) and they will default your loan for less than 20 dollars. All of my banking has been moved. I would suggest not even entertaining the idea of using them, you have been warned.
