Absolutely pathetic customer service, interest rates increase monthly with no notice (mine payments increased 20% in a quarter in 2020 and 15%( at one point they had my pa rate at almost 15%) in the last two months with a 7.18% pa basic variable rate which they will only change if i re-sign my loan for another 25 years) and they will default your loan for less than 20 dollars. All of my banking has been moved. I would suggest not even entertaining the idea of using them, you have been warned.
Been banking with Mystate since I was born. (Connect credit union/tas peprtual trustee days) As a 5 day a week log hour worker my only complaint is and has been for years. Why shut at 4 when half of us customers cant make it till after? Has cost me heaps in fuel rushing to make it by 4 and often having the door shut in my face and told come back tomorrow... Bring back Linda and the good old days!!! Anyway mini rant over.
