Not good
Lost card, MyState do not place their number in phone book (not helpful for the elderly) No mention on lost cards on home page. Further internet searching found number to call. 120 minute wait, whereupon card may well have been used (still waiting on phone). Finally used their 'don't lose your place in the que' call back. They never called back. Wish I could give Minus 5 stars.
