Terrible bank - they have no idea what they're doing...
Newly enforced Principal reduction fees - not a fan 👎
Been a MyState customer since a teenager. My debit card expired and I was not posted a new card. Called up to discuss this. Was asked about 8 ID questions and was then advised I had to provide a digital ID to receive a physical card. Was not advised what ID check I had failed. MyState must think I’m an idiot because there was no way I could have failed these checks. Just an excuse to enforce further restrictions on everyday Australians.
