Was shown excellent service from Ryan over the counter. He was super chatty and helped me with all my concerns regarding scams

Rude staff still didn’t resolve the problem after one hour told me to come back later
I’ve been with my state for many years. A big gripe is— Every now and then I cannot access my account for a long period. Very unhelpful and annoying. Please organise . I’m very sick of not being able to access my own money.
Best small bank. Staff are all on point, understanding and helpful. Will take the time to understand you and your situation. Been with them for 12 years and never had an issue. I am no millionaire, great service and they offer as much as any big bank. Can't recommend them to much ten stars plus.
