I have tried to reschedule my appointment for May 10th for 6 P.M 3 times but still get a automatic dialing system that says put in your extension number and it disconnects afterwards. Please fix your phone system. This is extremely frustrating after I got through 3 weeks ago and made the first appointment time. I think this place is temporary closed like the Katy Mills location but I never received a call to let me know this information so I won't be coming back here again after being a routine customer.

I waited for about a little more than an hour waiting for her or his lunch. I can’t wait anymore. Have to drive 2hrs back home. They should change their sign to “gone home” instead of left for 30mins for lunch
