ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! This is, without question, one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They sold me a bed that was completely different from the one advertised on their website, then tried to blame their supplier instead of taking responsibility. The bed arrived with a damaged headboard, missing screws, an unstable staircase, and wood protruding from the frame...completely unacceptable, especially for a product meant for children!!
