It’s the most depressing store, I walked in and no one acknowledges you at all. The vibe was so bad, the customers are sitting and waiting looking like they are at a funeral. The atmosphere rubs off on everyone. I was totally shocked when I walked in.
Went to the Brooklyn location for my bridal appt and the service was fabulous! The woman who helped me (I think her name is Klara, but it was a while ago) really knew her stuff and helped me find the best looking stuff! I now live in Lakewood and I can say that both locations are excellent at what they do! The store runs smoothly, fittings are expertly done, and they have 2 floors, each with a huge variety. The pajamas are especially awesome❤️ Definitely plan on going back!
Professional, patient & knowledgeable fitting. Staff respected my anxiety of having a bra fitting, which I have not had in decades.
