I went in to mySCREEN around 1 year ago needing to have my battery replaced that day as I had an emergency flight out of Australia and needed my phone to be able to travel and Micheal rushed it through for me and got it done in time for me to leave the country with a working phone and battery. Fast forward one year and I’ve upgraded my phone to the latest iPhone walked straight out of Optus to mySCREEN where I was greeted by Micheal again.
