I went here on a Sunday to purchase a bike. I was told about a snap program in which I looked into but was told it would not place a hard inquiry on my credit. It did and I was told not approved so I went to my bank and did a withdraw of 3500. So I had mentioned to the employee that I was told that the inquiry was a hard one not a soft one. They suck! Bought a Mesa Lite. It's been there since day one...now for weeks broke.no refunds. Says 3 day returns. Don't buy from this establishment. They don't know what they're doing!!! Trust me!!
Called... they hung up on me... and texted me I'll call you back. Never seen such crappy service.
