Over the counter all very nice. However, I asked to speak to the owner due to back-office woman who talked over me (on the phone) when I was trying to explain the issue with a ($900.00 in full warranty machine, I only had for a few months) and she was so rude and lied to me. I asked for the owner, this woman who claimed to be the owner (I later found out she was the office MGR), did basically the same thing, was VERY rude.
