I came to use the car wash for the first time, and an employee refused to let me vacuum and finish drying my car after my paid wash. He claimed the area was closed, even though only 3 out of 4 vacuum stations were blocked off. He tried to blame me for coming at the "wrong time" and said he had to close it before I got there.
