Terrible service. When I called for my return ride they said that had to transfer me to someone who never picked up the phone. I called back and the woman on the phone said she activated my return ride but she never did. I am currently waiting outside in 4 degree weather on hold waiting for their dispatch to pick up the phone after being transferred again it’s been 18 minutes and they haven’t picked. DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE.
