Unfortunately, my experience with Myric was verry dissapointing. I can honestly say that the customer service is non-existent. I placed an order, and made a small typo in my delivery address an honest mistake. I sent them an email literally one minute after receiving the order confirmation, asking to correct the address. I never received a response. They shipped the order five days later to the incorrect address. Myric is hands down the best place to have cappuccino machines repaired!! Fast service, reasonable prices, and excellent results. I bought my current machine refurbished from Myric probably 4 years ago. It's used at least twice per day. I have not had a single issue with the machine. I don't know why it was refurbished, but I'd say I bought it BETTER than new.
I recently had an excellent experience at Myric, who repaired my KitchenAid mixer only 1 day after drop off. I was lucky in that they had the necessary part in stock; nonetheless, quick and friendly service and a fair price.
Hard to find qualified good staff in just about any business. You would think there would be qualified Ukrainians fit for the job? Myrick likely to retire soon. We bought several coffee makers and used their repair services a lot over the years.
They charge too much deposit. If it ends up with not worth repair, you pay $50 for nothing.
