I had a very good experience with Myriad Mortgage, Bruce went above and beyond to help me secure my mortgage.
Bruce made our refinance process so smooth and time efficient. We submitted our paperwork to him on a Thursday and by 330 the next day we were approved. A week later our appraisal was done and then it was as simple as waiting for our lawyer(which he supplied and supplied one who does zoom signing) to call us to sign off on the documents. He was very easy to get a hold of, never had to wait more than 45 minutes for a response and was more than happy to answer every question we had.
