Something seems to be seriously wrong at Lutheran Rehab. My 92-year-old Uncle preferred to go there because he had been there in the past for recovery from hip replacement surgery. But the truth is that this time around he was seriously neglected. He had to receive intravenous fluids twice due to dehydration, and although he was there to recover from intestinal surgery, he was allowed to sit inactive and almost got a second intestinal block. Went in for a broken hip left with several pressure ulcers. Staff checked out. Going bankrupt

Inpatient rehab has nice rooms and mostly nice staff. Scheduling of daily rehab could be improved by keeping a systematic weekly schedule so that patients are aware and prepared. Food could use some improvements as well, providing better nutrition and hydration towards patient's recovery. 4 stars overall, would use services again i needed but hoping that Management can make small improvements to make the place Excellent for patients, especially the elderly.
