I went to facility thinking I wud get rehab for my knee replacement …I got very little .Found out the reason was bc they are coming out of bankruptcy So minimal staff to help with therapy . Therapist was nice but was overworked and Cudn’t help me as much as I shud have been as she had too many patients. Rehab place was good a few years ago but now they have slipped and do not have enough help…. I wud never go back there. Wud not recommend. Nor wud I recommend for any rehab needs. My stay was horrible rooms and bathrooms where cleaned only if u asked. Food was worst For a rehab place the rehab was very bad. A person is lucky they get it all u do is lay bed and no help from staff. They gave wrong meds good thing I was able to questions the nurse. Waste of time and money

I was a patient at MyRehab at Lutheran Home for three months after having fractured my lower leg and ankle. Most importantly, Kasha and Erin in OT and Jane and Joji in PT are highly-skilled, diligent, and caring therapists who guided me through my rehab. I owe my recovery to them. However, communication from therapy schedulers was lacking, resulting in confusion regarding how often I would have therapy. First time here 2024 rehap floor 2. Had surgery, hip again and selected this location. I'm lucky to receive answers and, since I'm isolated to my room till 23rd, I've had to except cold food, or wrong orders, CNA act like I'm imposing on their time. Tonight, example, cold food, the pack of ketchup was hoter than my hamburger and the butter would not melt in my baked potato. Was missing my ginger ale and 2%milk. 45 mins later received milk, explained Kitchen was slow.

I really like this rehab. Staff is very friendly, its clean, and people are very well cared for. I also love that it has private rooms and bathrooms!
