Had a gait analysis done at this store which was a great experience and was very informative. Unfortunately for me I came in to some complications with the shoes I purchased but I can’t fault the store at all as the lady who contacted me regarding this was very polite and we resolved it within a quick phone call. Would highly recommend shopping here, great products and even better staff!
I had a very good experience with my gait analysis with staff member Sarah. She was very patient with me, especially not having any knowledge of running shoes. She asked me relevant questions and filmed how I ran on the treadmill and gave me recommendations on what type of Hoka shoes would suit. She explained things very well and even taught me what a top knot was and how to do it. I really recommend anyone who isn't sure what shoes to get to come here for a gait analysis :)
Excellent customer service. My damaged Hokas were swiftly replaced after sending a photo of damaged incurred out in the trail. In total 3 emails .
Staff very helpfull for purchase of running shoes, will use My RaceKit again
