Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a lender. Months of back and forth and documentation sent, unorganized employees, everyone says different things, they eventually offered me half what I applied for and I said ok, after signing and opening an account they came back and offered way lower than what they approved. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere. Terrible experience I am so disappointed.
Best banking service ever! We had problems with a different MyPoint Credit Union in a different part of San Diego. We went to the El Cajon branch where Ervin Babadilla manages. He is the best banker I have ever had the pleasure of working with! Thank you, Ervin!
