Had such a great experience here. "Molly" was friendly and really knew The massage was spot on, perfect pressure, and she actually focused on the tight spots I mentioned. My neck feel much better now. Definitely coming back!

I had a wonderful experience with my massage therapist, Alice. She is incredibly kind and has excellent massage skills. She took the time to understand my body discomfort and provided a very gentle yet effective treatment throughout the session. I highly recommend her! A great massage therapist like Alice deserves to be recognized.

I booked a massage with Alice and unfortunately left feeling quite disappointed. At first, it was obvious that she was very skilled. However, during the session, I noticed that she would suddenly stop or ease off the pressure for no apparent reason. It didn't take long for me to realise that she was looking at her phone while giving the massage. I politely asked if she could apply a bit more pressure. Asked for the 1 hour deep tissue massage. Assigned a male massage therapist who was very arrogant from the beginning. No hello. No nothing. Was huffing and puffing the entire time. Had to stop massage after 10 minutes as it was the worst massage I’ve had. It was clear there was no technique behind it. Still was charged $30 by him. Have no doubt there are better therapists at this location but please hire staff who are trained properly to give deep tissue massages.
