Very similar experience a few weeks ago to another customer Michelle White, whose masseuse was using one hand while on the phone and responding to constant buzzing notifications. The massage cost $100, a voucher from my kids for my birthday. I haven't told them it was a waste of money. I had been coming here for months, pleased every time. But this time it was just awful.
