One of the best pillows
This company is very behind the times when it comes to shipping and customer service. Just go buy pillows from Walmart. I ordered pillows nearly 2 weeks ago and they can’t even tell me when they will ship. Just a disclaimer, I ordered my pillows from the website, not the outlet store, but I don’t have anywhere else to leave a bad review and tell people how bad their customer service is.

I don't use another pillow, and Mike is a great guy , maybe a little entusiast, but nothing in life is perfect.
