Not as I expected. I was expecting a program to transition to a full program. Seems to be short on forward planning. Just a standard program that is not regularly assessed and updated. The reception staff are rude and do not react to a sudden influx of clients. Not a well organized reception. Overall unsatisfied and no idea why I continue to go there
Physiotherapist was helpful but the amount charged for a ten minute consult make lawyers look like volunteers. This move 'em in, move 'em out business model will be looked upon in history with about as much regard as one has for algal bloom. Greed is not good. Treating whole body health is. I won't be back.

Great experience from start to finish. Anna was so helpful and gave me lots of advice. The appointment process was easy from start to finish and they even followed up with a text to see how I was doing. Fantastic service.
