I had my first 3 sessions with Kunchana, and it was a fantastic experience! He is professional, kind and took the time to thoroughly assess my condition, explain everything clearly, and make me feel comfortable throughout the sessions. If you have a requirement for worksafe clients, maybe notify them before turning up, not on the day, you ask for a new patient registration form to be completed prior, why not mention it here/make part of that. Wasted my time
My first time going to Physio due to tennis elbow. Kunchana has been amazing! After 4 sessions, which included various treatments and exercises, l have improved well over 50%, and l am so pleased. Kunchana is both professional, friendly, and clearly knows what is needed. He took the time to ask questions to understand the issues and then worked on a treatment plan. Thank you
