Stef is an absolute LEGEND! I've been seeing Stef for persistent pain for over a year now and can easily say that she is hands down the best Myotherapist I have seen. Stef has a very holistic care approach to her practice and is very thoughtful and intentional in so many details - applying eye masks for comfort, essential oil blends and always making sure I feel comfortable throughout the entire session.
