Had an opportunity to book an appt with Elbert for a session. By far one of the best to help your body recover and improve functionality. Elbert was extremely knowledgeable and explained the process throughout the session. Nice to know people have this amount of passion and take their craft serious. Worth visiting to treat an injury or just help release some of the built up stress/tension.
Hands down the best myofascial therapy I’ve had, Elbert is beyond professional and just a great human being. I’ve suffered a lot of injuries from my military service and he always has me leaving feeling better than when I came in! From sciatica pain, shoulder, elbow, knee, it will melt away after coming here

Elbert is absolutely amazing! I work out a lot and also sit at a desk for my job. I was having neck pain and he was able to help relieve the pain immensely. He was very attentive, checking in to see if the pain had eased. He did a combination of massage techniques, cupping, and scraping. It was great! I would give him 10 stars if I could.
My son, a high school soccer player, went to him today with a lot of different ailments. He did a fantastic job and was just what my son needed. We lucked out by finding him and that he was available. If he was in Nor Cal we would definitely goto him regularly. We highly recommend his services for athletic recovery!!
