There were knots I didn't know existed. Vada's strong fingers were able to breakup so much calcium deposit. She was able to explain why this happened. Very knowledgeable. Forgot to ask her how to prevent it in the future!! I *fell asleep* while she tended to my back, stretching and breaking down all the problem areas. Definitely get my recommendations going forward.
She's awesome, makes the room nice and relaxing with a warm bed if it's your choice. Gives you tips on fallow up exercises. My family and some of my friends are really happy with her services.
