Don't Waste Your Time - AMENDED I recently wrote a negative review about MyOptics and a $180 bill. I would like to amend my review to state that after working with their Patient Relations rep, we were able to reach an amicable resolution. It's very easy to see that customer service is at an all time low in this day and age but MyOptics went above and beyond to resolve my negative experience. Thank you MyOptics!
Great care, knowledgeable people Dr Drucker and his staff provide excellent care, service and products. The office has state of the art equipment.######I have had my eye exams and purchased contacts and glasses at his office for the past ten to twelve years. I highly recommend them!!
