Horrible Experience – Shady People
Saved The DAY!! – I recently came to NYC to visit a friend of mine and left my only pair of glasses somewhere. As I was walking by Sunday night I stopped into Myoptics in a totally frantic and didn't know what to do . The person working there helped me pick out a new frame and assured me he would call my doctor in Florida Monday morning for my prescription and get them going. I got a phone call Monday afternoon saying they were finished. Amazing! You saved my vacation!
Reasonably priced high quality glasses and a knowledgable staff – I've looked around at most of the glasses shops in Manhattan, but I keep coming back to MyOptics. They have an excellent selection of designer frames, quality lenses, great service, and professional optometrists. I don't think I ever had a correct prescription until I went to MyOptics. I got my last two pairs at the Prince street store and the 7th avenue shop has been great for the subtle adjustments.
