I can’t recommend Ben enough. He is professional, thorough, and really takes the time to understand what’s going on. I have a desk job and was dealing with the usual shoulder tightness and pain, along with ongoing migraines. I had previously tried physio and massages without much improvement. Since seeing Ben, my migraines have significantly reduced and I hardly get them now. He has also helped ease my shoulder tension, which has made a big difference day to day. His treatment has truly improved my quality of life.

I’ve been seeing Ben for myo therapy for about two years now, and I honestly couldn’t recommend him enough. He’s helped my body so much over that time, from reducing pain to improving how I move and feel day to day. He is incredibly knowledgeable and really understands what your body needs. Been going monthly for 2 years and every session is always purposeful and tailored to what my body needs. I always leave feeling better than I walked in. Highly recommend !!!

I was referred to Ben by a friend after struggling with shoulder pain for four months. I’d tried physio with limited results, but Ben was amazing. He’s so knowledgeable, friendly, and warm, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on and what exercises would help. The deep tissue massage gave me immediate relief, and my shoulder is now fixed. Highly, highly recommend.
