Kim is such an amazing osteo that gets results every treatment. When I’m in pain I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The other osteos including Alex and Zara are just as good! Literally fixed my back after one treatment.
Went in for a general body audit after a few injuries/tightness issues from running, gym and life with kids. Kim was great. Super thorough, explained things clearly without making it feel overcomplicated, and picked up on a bunch of weak/tight areas that all tied together. Felt very practical and focused on getting me back moving properly long term, not just a quick fix. Left with a much clearer understanding of what was going on and a solid plan moving forward. Highly recommend.
Just had my second session with Chloe, for a remedial massage for shoulder bursitis. She really knows her stuff! She finds all the knots and smooths them out. I am able to move my shoulder several degrees more after the massage. It’s by far the best massage I’ve ever had!
I have seen the osteo Rebecca a few times now and she is excellent, knowledgeable and very personable at the same time. Highly recommend
I have been using the services for approximately 5 years now. The staff are caring and friendly and Kim in particular has assisted me with my chronic knee pain. Highly recommended !
