Paul came highly recommended and after hearing he had previously worked with athletes in elite high impact sport I felt it was worth trying a session. I am very glad I did because the man is a magician, I had an ongoing issue for which I had seen numerous different therapists about. From the first session he demonstrated an incredible knowledge of the body, he explained his process then got to work on me. I felt like a new person leaving that session. 😀🙏
