Have been visiting Justin over the past ten years for various injuries. On every occasion I walk out of there in a better way. Have tried other people in the past but no one has came close to his ability.
Justin, the director, is truly the best in his field. Extremely knowledgeable, he always accurately finds the cause for any pain in my body. Absolute magic, relief in one session. After years of trying Physiotherapy & chiros. I don’t go anywhere else.
MYOHealth is not just about Yoga or Massage, all kinds of therapies are offered, this makes it a wellness centre in its entirety The Yoga though! It doesn’t matter whether it’s your first class or if you have been practising for years you will find a class that suits your needs and brace yourselves – it’s really friendly! Not just the teachers, the students too, I am so delighted to have found this amazing, well-equipped school with incredible teachers who just want to share their knowledge and give good yoga!
100% recommend . They have spent the time and effort to give me exactly what I need. I went through several physio's and therapists with little benefit before being recommended to Justin Kiely and have had the most benefit with the least sessions then any other. Professional, friendly and value for money.
