Ash is excellent at what he does. I came in with knee pain and extremely tense shoulders which improved over a couple sessions. Ash is incredibly patient and the level of comfort, care and knowledge he provides is unmatched!!!!!!!!! The simple stretches and exercises he taught me have made a huge difference to my gym recovery and overall mobility. I highly recommend Ash to anyone who trains intensely or is looking to improve their recovery and movement.
Had my first visit here yesterday and Ash was amazing, I been to many physio's , chiropractors, remedial massage places in my life and Ash rates up there with the very best of them, he is very knowledgeable, attentive to my specific needs and easy to get along with. I 100% recommend visiting him

Having Perthes, I have found having dry needling and cupping treatments with Ash has really helped with pain management.
